Customer Service Executive
A skin & beauty therapist by trade, I have owned & run my own clinic for 11 years in NZ & managed a salon here in Brisbane for 2 years prior to changing career to take on this role as Customer Services Executive for Crofti UIT. Although I come from a very different field to the IT & Innovation industry my skills in administration, client relations, communication, efficiency & running a business with staff will be valuable in this role. I am hoping to make the process for fixing IT issues efficient, systemised & easy so we can deliver faster more accurate outcomes for our clients.
Andre is an enthusiastic, hands-on IT professional with more than 15 years’ experience in 2nd and 3rd line support. He has a proven track record of managing and maintaining LAN/WAN network infrastructure, and has adopted a meticulous approach to ensure the smooth running of business operations.

Aside from having a strong background in desktop support and administration, Devon is also skilled in identity and access management, email accounts administration, backup and disaster recovery, email security, etc. He resolves technical issues in the blink of an eye and does everything to make sure the client is satisfied.

I am currently in my final year of a bachelor of digital media degree and I plan on doing a 2nd degree in computer science part time next year. I want to use these skills in my project role with Crofti and enjoy the unique challenges that arise when working with clients on projects and finding a great solution for them and their businesses.

Jerlie Baruiz - Tabada
Jerlie is the Marketing Assistant for CROFTi, taking care of marketing programs and brand management. In the past years, she has fully equipped herself with knowledge and experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Marketing, and Business Development, while helping corporations and international start-up companies grow in the Philippines.
I started my career as a Registered Nurse and then changed to the I.T Support industry in 2008. I have supported many technical products and services for users and worked with many international companies. I have solid experience dealing with Windows software issues from XP to Windows 10 and a strong background in local computer security matters. I love helping clients and solving their IT issues.
Larry is a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate with a major in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering. Larry has has worked in IT for over 10 years giving him a wealth of experience in this industry. He believes in team work and has a passion for getting the best results for his clients.
I have been working in the Information Technology industry since 2010 starting in a traineeship and obtaining a Certificate III in Information Technology (Networking) and then progressing to become a Systems Engineer for multiple managed service providers. This has provided me with a large amount of experience in onsite and remote support for various hardware, networks and software. I am also currently in my final year of study for a Bachelor of Information Technology (Informatics).
