HISTORY

The Business Kickstart product developed off the back of working with clients through Innovation Consulting and Unlimited IT Support; because we are in “Tech”, people just assumed we know everything about anything when it comes to IT.  As we dug deep into clients’ needs and wants we uncovered products and service ideas that were sitting as the “golden nugget” within the business.  We started to question the owners of these businesses, asking “Why have you not packaged and sold this particular product or service before?”.  The answer was always, I don’t know or I don’t know where to start.  This went on for a while, asking these questions over and over, and again and again we would uncover some amazing ideas and concepts.  A few years ago I asked a client, “would you like us to develop upon this idea for you?”.  The answer was of course, yes, and so Business Kickstart was born.  Since then we have worked with hundreds of businesses uncovering what we call the “golden nugget” within the organisation and time and time again these ideas or concepts have turned into business revenue streams on their own.

WHAT IS STRATEGY AND WHY DO I NEED IT?

With any business it is important to build a strong foundation.  We always start with strategy

sessions as this allows us to achieve the desired outcome by first understanding your

concept and idea, as it is now, to allow us to expand on this further to ensure your desired

outcome is met.

Upon completion of the business case (stage 1) the full investment and implementation

WHAT IS AN MVP AND HOW DO I BUILD ONE?

Creating a Minimal Viable Product proves the viability of the concept using customer

adoption and income as a metric, before launching the business.  Changes can be made in

the MVP stage before the full investment outlay is made of launching the business.
